San Francisco has long enjoyed a richness of culture and performing arts. In 2007 the San Francisco Youth Orchestra celebrated its 25th anniversary, Best of Broadway - 30 years, American Conservatory Theater (ACT) and Magic Theater - 40 years, and Merola Opera Program and San Francisco Film Festival - 50 years. In 2008, the San Francisco Ballet will celebrate its 75th anniversary!
